PG&E's Emergency Load Reduction Program (ELRP) is a CPUC-authorized pilot enrolling residential, commercial, and aggregator participants who reduce load or export from behind-the-meter resources during grid emergencies. Pays $2/kWh and works through dozens of approved aggregators.
