CPower is one of the longest-running C&I demand response curtailment service providers in North America. NRG completed its acquisition of CPower from LS Power in January 2026, adding the platform to NRG's C&I virtual power plant portfolio across PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE, ERCOT, MISO, CAISO, IESO, and AESO.
