VPPdirectory ("we", "us") operates VPPdirectory.com, a professional directory of Virtual Power Plants, aggregators, and flexible capacity providers in U.S. power markets. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Submission data you provide via listing submission, RFP, or contact forms (name, company, email, phone, program details).
• Usage data such as pages visited, referrer, and approximate location, collected via standard server logs.
• Attribution data such as campaign parameters, landing page, and referring domain, stored for the current browser session.
• Local browser storage for saved listings and recently viewed items. This data never leaves your device.

Payments and scheduling

Sponsor payments are processed by Stripe, and calls may be scheduled through Cal.com. Those services process the information required to complete payment or booking under their own privacy policies. VPPdirectory does not store full payment-card details.

How we use information

We use submitted information to publish listings, route inquiries to the relevant providers, respond to your messages, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Data sources for listings

Listings are compiled from public sources including DOE, FERC and ISO filings, utility tariffs, and company disclosures. Operators may submit, claim, or request edits to their listing at any time.
